Mango Mattress offers an unrivaled 100 days for you to try out your mattress, taking all the worry out of your mattress buying experience. 

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied for up to 100 days after your mattress purchase, we will refund your purchase, no questions asked. 

If you are inside of a 25-mile radius of one of our stores in Dallas, Austin, & Houston Texas, we ask that you get the mattress back to us. 

If you are not within 25 miles, please donate the mattress to charity, and send us the receipt.

OUR UNRIVALED 25 YEAR MATTRESS WARRANTY

Beginning on the date that you purchase your mattress (The Mango, The Kiwi, The Papaya, or The Apricot), said mattress is covered by a 25-year warranty. This Mattress Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the mattress only. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 25 years. If your mattress has an issue covered under warranty, Mango Mattress will provide a replacement mattress, taking into consideration you have fulfilled the customer responsibilities outlined below. Any warranty replacement mattress will be the same model & size that was originally purchased.

The First Ten Years; This warranty is non-prorated, meaning there will be zero cost to the customer if the mattress needs to be replaced, subject to the conditions listed below under Customer Responsibilities. 

Years Eleven thru Twenty-Five; At year eleven, the customer will be responsible for 50% of original purchase amount to replace mattress. Every year past year eleven, the percentage goes up 5%. As an example, in year 12, the replacement cost would 55% of the original purchase price. In year 13, 60%, etc. Years 20-25 stay at 95%. YOU DO NOT have to pay any additional shipping or delivery costs for your (new) exchanged mattress. With most other bed in a box mattress warranties, you would have to pay this additional charge. 

Customer Responsibilities;

-Mattress must be supported on a solid surface, or a slatted box foundation or platform bed. The bed must have proper support, which consists of having atleast 5 support legs touching the ground underneath the mattress for a queen siz or larger, or 4 legs for a full size or smaller. Slatted beds must have slats no farther than 4 inches apart.

-Customer must rotate mattress from head to toe, once per month thru life of mattress, to ensure proper and even wear.

-Mattresses must be removed from packaging (unrolled) within 30 days of purchase. 

-In the event of a warranty exchange, the warranty exchanged mattress (the old one), must be donated to charity, or disposed of in some reputable manner (ie; the dump), and proof of such must be sent to Mango Mattress. Any cost in regard to this is incurred by the customer.

Defects covered include:

     -Visible indentations of 1.5” inched or more, not caused by insufficient support of the mattress.

     -Any manufacturers flaw in any of the mattress components (fabric, latex foam, springs, etc). 

     -Warranty does not cover normal everyday wear and tear, or minor cosmetic flaws.
